Steam Commercial Diagnostic

Standalone · before any Rebuild commitment

When commercial viability, market fit, or the root cause of underperformance is uncertain, we prescribe a standalone Diagnostic before recommending the full Rebuild. It answers whether the product is worth further investment and what, specifically, is constraining it. If the honest answer is reposition, delay, reduce scope, or stop, that is what the Diagnostic will say.

A $2,000 Diagnostic credit applies toward a Rebuild contracted within 30 days.

After the Rebuild

Where ongoing direction, a demo and Next Fest system, launch operations, or post-launch work is justified, it is scoped in the proposal after the Rebuild’s findings, not sold off a menu. Internal scopes are prescribed to the situation, with defined deliverables, owners, and terms.

Not included

  • External creative production, daily social media, paid media, unlimited revisions, or major game-development work.
  • A guarantee that repositioning will produce a specific commercial outcome.
