Who we are
ContentCrepe, LLC (“ContentCrepe”, “we”) operates contentcrepe.com. Our mailing address is 8 The Green #7583, Dover, DE 19901, United States. For anything in this policy, contact hello@contentcrepe.com.
What we collect
Application data. When you submit the application form, we receive what you enter: your name, role, studio, email, game details, metrics such as wishlists and followers, budget ranges, and free-text answers. If the URL you arrived from carried campaign parameters (UTM tags), those are included so we know how you found us.
Correspondence. Emails you send us, and our replies.
Usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which collect aggregated, anonymized page-view and performance data. They do not use cookies and do not track you across other sites. We also record anonymized form events (form started, buyer path selected, validation failed, submitted) to find and fix problems with the application flow.
What we use it for
- Evaluating whether and how we can work together.
- Responding to your application or message.
- Preparing proposals and delivering contracted services.
- Understanding which pages and campaigns bring qualified applicants.
- Meeting legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use application data for advertising.
Who else touches the data
Service providers that make the site work: Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Resend (email delivery of form submissions). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. We share information beyond that only if the law requires it.
Retention
Application data is kept while we evaluate fit and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship plus the period required for legal and accounting records. If we decline an application, we may keep it briefly so a reapplication has context, then delete it.
Your choices
Email hello@contentcrepe.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deletion requests are honored except where a legal obligation requires retention.
Confidentiality of game materials
Builds, Steamworks data, unreleased assets, and metrics you share for evaluation are treated as confidential, reviewed only for the purpose of evaluating or delivering an engagement, and never published without your separate written approval.
Children
This site and our services are directed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
